Ja Marr Brown is a highly sought after keynote speaker, author and business coach.  He began his career in 1993 as a summer intern at Allergan Pharmaceuticals while attending Whittier College.  Upon graduation he was hired by Allergan as a full-time pharmaceutical sales professional.  After nearly being fired for poor sales performance, he discovered and began utilizing a philosophy called Kaizen.  Over the next 10 years at Allergan, he won ever sales award possible including Presidents Club, Sales Person of the Year,  Sales Manager of The year and held senior executive positions in sales training, marketing and management. By age 34 he was the VP of Sales at a leading medical device company.

Inspired by the success his philosophy generated for the individuals and corporations he worked with, In 1998, he wrote the ground breaking book, “What’s Your Sales Story?” and later founded, The Kaizen Way, LLC.  The Kaizen Way specializes in teaching individuals and organizations how to eliminate what is getting in the way of their success and reach their potential with a “less equals more” approach.  In 2013 Ja Marr wrote the anti-bullying Children’s book, “You’re Ugly.”  Through the book, he wants the help parents and children deal with verbal bullying through self confidence and knowing the power of their own thoughts and behaviors.    Besides being the host of several on-line magazines, Ja Marr created his own television talk show called, “Break It Down Brown.”  During the show, he  interviews professionals that are experts in their chosen field.   The idea of the show is to help the average working professional understand how to achieve success at work and at home through learning from his guests, their business and their story.  Ja Marr’s  client list includes CEO’s, individual professionals, Fortune 500 companies and privately held firms just to name a few.  In addition to consulting, Ja Marr also speaks well over 2,000 people annually though his keynote presentations.  He has been credited with generating and/or saving corporations hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue through his Kaizen Way Philosophy.
